Refund policy

Firstprinciple AppsForBharat Private Limited [“the Company”] represented under the brand name “Sri Mandir Store” [“the Store”] is committed to the utmost satisfaction of all its users and devotees. Please note that if you have ordered any goods / product from our store and the product is damaged at the time of delivery, you will be eligible for cancellation, exchange, refund or return, if requested on the same day of receiving the order.

Please further note that to be eligible for cancellation, your item must be in the same condition in which the order was received and in its original packaging. You would also need the receipt of the said Order or any other eligible proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@srimandir.com or contact us over a call / WhatsApp at our Customer Care Helpline number: +919148683627. Please further note that the items / goods which are to be returned would need to be sent to the following address:

Urban Vault, No. 29/1, 27th Main Road, Somasundarapalya, HSR Post, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560102.

It is also to be noted that items / goods sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted by the Company / Store.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your Order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the same at the earliest.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that goods which are sold on discounted prices or via gift cards will not be accepted for return and only replacement would be provided in exceptional circumstances.

Exchange

In order for us to serve you better and in an expeditious manner, please note that the quickest way to receive the replacement product is to initiate a separate purchase for the same item, once your return is accepted by the Company / Store. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item and further inform you about the status of your refund request. If the request for refund is approved, you will automatically receive the refunded amount to the original source of payment within 10 business days. Please note that for some banks or credit card companies, it can take up to 15 business days to process the refund.
